These Prices Are Effective January 1, 2016 And Are Subject To Change Without Notice
The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge of our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for we will explain the reason in writing on a statement we provide describing the funeral goods and service you selected. ( You will note that we offer Convenient Packaged Services. The funeral arranger handling your arrangements will further explain our packages to you.)
Prior to drafting any contract for goods or services, the responsible party or the descendant’s survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any pre- need agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent.

BASIC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF … $1350.00
This is the basic charges to each family, which we serve, for our professional expertise in assisting them. It includes, but is not the limited to, a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities and business expenses necessary to serve the public in a professional manner. Personnel available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to respond to the first call. Also included in this charge is the consolation with the family, clerical and administrative services, preparation and filing of necessary permits, consolation with the clergy, cemetery, crematory, or common carrier, planning the funeral or memorial service and placement of obituary notices. There will be an additional charge for the direction and supervision of each service requested or required. The fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burial and forwarding or receiving remains.)

CARE OF REMAINS
Embalming … $450.00
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangement, such as direct cremations or with viewing. If you do not want embalming you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
Embalming is a chemical process, which provides temporary preservation of the body and eliminates certain health hazards. A person licensed by the state must complete this procedure.

ALL OF THE PACKAGED SERVICES BELOW INCLUDE: Basic professional services of the funeral director and staff, removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home, within a 20-mile radius (if a second attendant is needed, an additional fee will be charged) and filing of death certificate and/or permit.
NOTE: The following packaged services DO NOT include cash advances, such as: ministers and musicians honorariums, certified copies of death certificates, permit filing fee, casket, out-of-town transportation costs, California Sales Tax on merchandise and Saturday, Sunday, Holiday, Evening Services or after-hours visitation.
